Sened organization is looking for a company to Distribution of 800$ Multipurpose Cash Assistance Vouchers for 220 beneficiaries in A'zaz Camps. 

Dear Sir/Madam,

You are invited to submit a quotation for the above-mentioned subject. To submit a bid to this tender, kindly find general terms and conditions in the following link along with all tender related documents:

The supplier must deliver their Financial and Technical offers: 

• In two separate sealed envelopes (Inside a larger sealed envelope, stamped and signed) otherwise the offer will be rejected 

• During working days (Monday – Friday) between 09:30 – 16:30

• The last date to submit your offers on Monday 05/08/2024 at 16:30.

 

Notes:

The award according to the following: 

• 60% Technical score.

Technical Evaluation Table in the below

• 40% Financial score.

• Read carefully and sign all the related documents including;

- The company: registered & Licensed documents.

- The minimum notice period to start the distribution.

- Max. period service provider accepts before Payment from Sened

- Min. daily amount service provider accepts to deliver vouchers

- Max amount in an individual distribution

- Previous experience in cash support: full signed contracts with signed Completion Certificates.

- Financial capacity of the Company (Attach the highest financial value contract with all pages and signatures only).

All envelopes should be named (Technical/Financial) and the reference number (24-SYR-AZA-323) and name of the tender (Distribution of cash vouchers)

• Should be written on the outer envelope. The name of the bidder should be written clearly on the envelopes.

• All envelopes should be sealed, stamped, and signed.

• Please be sure all documents clear and readable.
